From Prompts to Agents: Navigating Human-AI Collaboration in L&D

by akwaibomtalent@gmail.com

Attendees will engage with a comprehensive Task Matrix, which outlines the values and complexities inherent in human-machine collaboration. Through guided assessments, participants will evaluate the risks and benefits of delegating specific tasks to AI systems, equipping them with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

A central component of the session will demonstrate the transformation of a basic prompt into a sophisticated AI-driven solution. Attendees will witness the progression from prompt chaining to workflow design, automation, and, ultimately, the deployment of a fully functional AI agent. This hands-on experience will empower L&D professionals to apply these principles to real-world organizational challenges.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • How to leverage competitive advantage to improve learning, connect with leadership, and empower ourselves to maximize our impact.
  • How learning science ideas can be utilized in our L&D practices to energize our work toward full effectiveness.
  • How learning evaluation can provide us with useful data but only when it is designed based on learning science foundations.
